Directions for Use:

1. Attach to the pad side of Flipper with the holes facing down and the tube partially submerged below the water line.
2. Open lid and add food.
3. Close lid and bring the tube below water in an upright position. Food will float on an air/fluid level and slowly sink and disperse through the bottom holes.
